Welcome to the CMO Compliance R16 Release Notes.

This document details the client-reported issues that are included in the CMO Web Application R16 maintenance release. The following Release Notes cover resolved issues in the Web Application, as well as the mobile iOS and Windows apps that affect versions Update 25 and Version 16.0. The individual tickets will detail the applicable versions.

Resolved Issues  

This section describes the issues that are resolved in the CMO Compliance R16 maintenance release. Each resolved issue is documented in the format:

Web Application  

Issue: Error was caused while performing an upgrade (running the migration launcher) from 15.02.25.R1 to 15.02.25.R15.

Issue: Actions and Events are searchable within modules, but are unable to be viewed or edited.

Mobile iOS App

IssueSyncing an Event from web to mobile then adding another response type and syncing it back to the web server caused an error.

Issue: Audit drop-down menu answer are not retained in the Form after syncing from server to mobile.

Issue: App crashed and data was lost when user tried to sync forms from mobile to web server.
