How To Update Client Environments in SFDC

How to update Client Environments in Salesforce when an upgrade occurs or a new implementation is completed.

Add/Modify Client Product Versions

From Salesforce

1. Once under the customer's account, scroll down to the Client Environments section. Select the environment that needs the version updated, as in the example below.

2. Scroll down to the Installed Software Modules section. If modules are displayed, go to next step. If there aren't any products displayed, select "Copy Products from Assets." Go to next step.

3. Scroll through the Product column and choose the module with the product's name displayed. Click Edit and modify Product Version, Save. Please note that if the Product Version field doesn't have the version you need, please add the Product Version in Salesforce under the Product Version tab.
