Support for Risk Labels in the Risk Matrix
Implemented support for displaying risk labels in the Risk Matrix. Previously, the system displayed only numeric scores (for example, Low (1)). With this enhancement, the system can now display labels instead of scores (e.g., Low (1A)), providing clearer context and greater flexibility in risk categorization.

A new business rule, Show Risk Matrix Label, has been added to company settings. When enabled, the corresponding risk label appears everywhere the risk value is captured, including Risk Assessment, Risk Register, Event Register, and widgets.

Note: This enhancement is available on both web and mobile applications.
A risk Label Textbox has been introduced in Risk Matrix for both Likelihood and Consequence, allowing users to add and update Risk Labels. Users can enter a maximum of 5 characters (A, B, C, D, E) or (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) for Likelihood and Consequences, respectively, in the Risk Label field, and the system restricts any input beyond this limit.

When the Show Risk Label is enabled, and the Risk Label is empty, the Risk Matrix displays only the Risk Description.
Note: The Risk Label displayed is always a combination of Consequence + Likelihood.
