Complete Multiple Events Using the Complete All Option
The Complete All option in the Events register streamlines managing multiple events. This feature allows you to select a group of open events that use the same form and have an open workflow, and complete them in bulk. When you use this option, the system closes all related open workflow actions for the selected events.
Steps to Complete Multiple Events
- Navigate to the Events register.
- Select the open events that use the same form and have an open workflow.
- Click the Complete All option.
- Confirm your selection to complete the events in bulk.
The system will close all related open workflow actions for the selected events.
Note -
- The Complete All option appears only for events that share the same form and ID.
- After you complete the selected events, the first step of the workflow automatically completes and is displayed in green on the event details page.
Mandatory Fields
If any event requires mandatory questions or attachments to be completed, the system displays an error message. Provide the required information or attach the necessary documents before you can complete the events.
Concurrent Access
If an event is open in another tab or by another user, the system prevents completion and displays a validation message.
