Events List Register Excel Export — Standard Report Configuration and Scheduling

Overview

The Events Register Standard Report offers a ready-to-use format identical to the Events Register Excel export. It includes date filtering by created date, configurable columns, and scheduled email delivery.

Accessing the Report

  1. Select Reports from the main navigation menu.
  2. Select Standard Reports.
  3. Open “Events List Register Excel Export Report” in the report list.

Using the Report

Filter by Created Date

Apply the date filter to display events created within a specific period.

  1. Open the report filter panel.
  2. Select the appropriate filters.

Configure Visible Columns

Customize the visible fields in the grid to suit your analysis requirements.

  1. Select the column configuration option.
  2. Choose which fields to show or hide. The available fields match those in the register.
  3. Save your configuration.

Export to Excel

The Excel output matches the Events Register export format to ensure consistency across teams.

  1. Navigate to the Generate Report section.
  2. Select Excel (.xlsx) from the Type Excel field.
  3. Select Auto Send to schedule the report.

Schedule Automated Email Delivery

Set up recurring delivery to streamline your reporting process.

  1. A new Schedule Report window will appear.
  2. Specify the schedule, including interval, time, and recipients.
  3. Optionally, lock filters and column configuration for the scheduled report.
  4. Save your settings to activate automated delivery.

Scheduled emails use the same data and structure as the on-demand export, ensuring consistency between ad hoc and automated reports.
