Creating Action Filters

Initial Steps And Navigation

  • Begin by going to the Admin module 
  • Go to the Action Management Process tab
  • Go to Status Action Filters
  • Click on New

Creating The Filter

  • A new popup will appear to configure the new action status filter
  • Name the status
  • Link it to another Status using the "Status" dropdown
  • Enable or disable "Overdue," "Pending," and "Scheduled" as desired
  • Choose "Exclude Actions with Request Extension" or "Include Only Actions with Requesting Extension" as desired
  • Enable or disable "For filtering only"
  • Click on Save when complete
