                Initial Steps And Navigation
    - Begin by going to the Admin module 
 
    - Go to the Action Management Process tab
 
    - Go to Status Action Filters
 
    - Click on New
 

Creating The Filter
    - A new popup will appear to configure the new action status filter
 
    - Name the status
 
    - Link it to another Status using the "Status" dropdown
 
    - Enable or disable "Overdue," "Pending," and "Scheduled" as desired
 
    - Choose "Exclude Actions with Request Extension" or "Include Only Actions with Requesting Extension" as desired
 
    - Enable or disable "For filtering only"
 
    - Click on Save when complete
