Bridgeway Suite 8.10.0
Service Pack 1 Release
Summary
- Version(s) patched:
8.10.0
- Date Released:
2/22/2017
- Issues:
- When importing a large number of invoices, the Collaborati Invoice Integration task returns an error due to timing out.
- When a new timekeeper record is imported using the Timekeeper Import Wizard, the value for Middle Name field is the same as the Last Name field. When you update the Last Name field, both the Last Name and Middle Name fields are updated with the same value.
- When a LEDES 98BI invoice is imported from Collaborati and has taxes applied to both expense and fee line items and includes discount line items, the invoice does not apply taxes to any line items after the first discount line item in eCounsel.
- When a matter is copied from eCounsel using the Copy Matter Wizard, the matter is not synced to Collaborati.
- In Collaborati, invoices can be submitted with a line item outside the service range date and can cause the LineItemDateInServiceDates invoice audit rule to return an exception.
- When the DaysBetweenServiceStartAndServiceEnd rule is enabled, it returns an "Unparseable Date" exception when an invoice is imported from Collaborati, even when the days between both dates are in the range allowed.
- In Collaborati, multiple vendors can have the same timekeeper with the same timekeeper identifier and email address. When more than one vendor submits a timekeeper request with the same timekeeper to an eCounsel client, only one of the timekeeper approval notifications appear in the eCounsel Lobby.
- When a client rejects a timekeeper from the Lobby and the vendor resends the timekeeper request, the timekeeper notification does not reappear in the Lobby.
- When a user clicks the Help link in SuperViewer, the user receives a "HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found." message.
- Resolutions:
- If the Collaborati Invoice Integration task returns an error due to timing out when importing a large number of invoices, run the task again manually to import the invoices. Mitratech recommends scheduling the task to run at 12 hour intervals.
- When a new timekeeper record is imported using the Timekeeper Import Wizard, the value for Middle Name field is now correct. When you update only the Last Name field, only the Last Name is updated.
- When a LEDES 98BI invoice is imported from Collaborati and has taxes applied to both expense and fee line items and includes discount line items, the invoice now applies taxes to the appropriate line items in eCounsel.
- When a matter is copied from eCounsel using the Copy Matter Wizard, the matter is now synced to Collaborati.
- When a Collaborati invoice is submitted with a line item outside the service range date, the LineItemDateInServiceDates invoice audit rule no longer returns an exception.
- When the DaysBetweenServiceStartAndServiceEnd rule is enabled, it no longer returns an "Unparseable Date" exception when an invoice is imported from Collaborati.
- In Collaborati, multiple vendors can have the same timekeeper with the same timekeeper identifier and email address. When more than one vendor submits a timekeeper request with the same timekeeper to an eCounsel client, both timekeeper approval notifications appear in the eCounsel Lobby. However, these timekeepers must be mapped as separate timekeepers in eCounsel.
- When a client rejects a timekeeper from the Lobby, the timekeeper notification disappears from the Lobby but reappears the next time the synchronization task runs. When the timekeeper reappears in the Lobby, the client can now click the X button to remove the timekeeper and the notification will not reappear in the Lobby.
- When a user clicks the Help link in SuperViewer, the help files are opened correctly.
- Dependencies:
None.
